CALLTRAK is an innovative Call accounting and Telephone Information Management System designed to capture and process PBX Call Detail Records (CDR) also called SMDR, for the purpose of phone call cost recovery and allowing voice network managers to analyse PBX network functioning.

Using CALLTRAK, we can identify how phones are being used, where phone calls are being made or received, long calls, expensive calls, emergency calls, budgeting and cost centre phone usage.

CALLTRAK can assist with call centre planning by identifying number of staff required to reach a Grade of Service (acceptable blockage factor) using Erlang C computations.

No longer is it a mystery how many trunk lines a network needs. CALLTRAK will analyse calls made and identify the busiest minute of the day and determine the optimum number of telephone lines required to reach a Grade of Service. Don’t waste money on trunk lines when they are not required.

Are all telephone lines working? CALLTRAK will identify all trunk members and their usage. Voice network fault diagnosis has never been easier.

Using the innovative BUGTRAK option of CALLTRAK we can monitor the informative NORTEL BUG Error monitor. BUG messages can be emailed to critical support staff on an error condition arising. With CALLTRAK, voice network staff are on top of any issues which may arise with in the NORTEL PBX.

NORTEL Traffic customer data block information is included as a standard tool allowing for analysis of Switchboard/Console staff. What is the response time? How long are calls waiting before abandoning? What is the Average Speed of Answer? How much time are switchboards spending servicing internal as opposed to external calls? All these questions are answered using CALLTRAK.

CALLTRAK has a vast array of reports and charts available and using the Report Designer feature, report on the information and design the reports you want.
